Michigan football flips 2027 wide receiver commitment from Toledo
Michigan football has long had just one wide receiver commitment in the 2027 class in Chicago (Ill.) Mount Carmel four-star wideout Quentin Burrell, but the Wolverines are finally getting some help. The maize and blue had a visitor committed elsewhere make it to campus this weekend for the Penn State game, and it appears that the Wolverines did about as good a job as they possibly could have.
2027 Winter Garden (Fla.) West Orange three-star wide receiver Yuto Kawamura-Johnson had been committed to Toledo since June, but after making it to Ann Arbor this weekend, he opted to try his hand at a bigger school. According to On3’s Hayes Fawcett, Kawamura-Johnson flipped his pledge to Michigan football on Tuesday morning.
