Maranatha University Post-UTME/DE 2026: Cut-off mark, Eligibility and Registration Details

Maranatha University, Lagos has officially commenced its admission exercise for the 2026/2027 academic session. Applications are now being accepted from suitably qualified candidates seeking admission into various full-time and part-time Undergraduate Degree Programmes.

​The institution is opening its doors to new undergraduate applicants, transfer students, and pre-degree scholars ready to advance their academic journeys.

​Admission Requirements & Eligibility

​To qualify for admission into Maranatha University, candidates must satisfy the following academic conditions:

​All admissions into the University must be processed through the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB).

​Credit passes in English Language and Mathematics are compulsory for admission into all courses.

​Candidates who meet the primary requirements will be subjected to a screening interview conducted by the University.

​Candidates must also satisfy any specific faculty and departmental requirements.

​UTME candidates must obtain a minimum score of 150 in the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination.

​Candidates must possess at least five (5) O’Level credit passes (SSCE or its equivalent) in relevant subjects at not more than two sittings, which must include English and Mathematics.

​200 Level (Direct Entry Applicants)

​Candidates must possess the five (5) mandatory SSCE credits.

​In addition, candidates must obtain at least two (2) A’ Level (or equivalent) passes in relevant subjects, possess a National Diploma (ND) with credit passes, or hold a good first degree in another field.

​The application process varies by category:

​For New Undergraduate Applicants

​Upload your O’Level results to the JAMB Central Admissions Processing System (CAPS).

​Download and complete the online application form from the portal.

​Pay the non-refundable form processing fee into the designated university accounts:

​Medical Programmes (FBMS): ₦20,000 paid to the Keystone Bank account.

​Other Programmes: ₦10,000 paid to the Stanbic IBTC Bank account.

​Scan and email your completed application form and payment proof to deputyregistrar@maranathauniversitylagos.edu.ng.

​Wait to hear back from the university within 72 hours, or call 07032323034.

​Download and fill out the transfer students’ application form from the website portal.

​Pay a form processing fee of ₦10,000 into the designated university bank account.

​Forward the completed form to deputyregistrar@maranathauniversitylagos.edu.ng.

​Expect a response within 72 hours, or track your application via 07032323034.
