Having been training with Spurs’ first team since 2025, Thompson was included on the bench for senior Champions League matches against Paris Saint-Germain and Borussia Dortmund, though he never made an appearance.
He came through the Spurs academy playing as a left winger, and is expected to link up with Michael Carrick’s first team.
