Tijuana are reportedly planning to sell next summer, when they believe Mora’s value could be at its highest. Liverpool are firmly in the race, but they will have to move decisively if they want to secure one of the market’s most highly rated young players.
The Reds could see Mora as a long-term investment, but the growing interest from Europe’s biggest clubs means there is unlikely to be an easy path to completing the deal.
