Lindsey Vonn is all smiles as she enjoys the sunshine over the weekend.

The three-time Olympic medalist wore a white bikini as she traveled to Saint-Tropez to have some fun on a yacht, according to photos obtained by TMZ. Vonn wore the white bikini and proudly showed off the scars from her devasting industry earlier this year. The decorated alpine skier was in an accident while competing in the 2026 Winter Olympics, where she suffered a complex tibia fracture, a broken ankle, and compartment syndrome.

Vonn has been open about her recovery online and even that Dr. Tom Hackett saved her leg from being amputated after she suffered from compartment syndrome.

“He saved my leg from being amputated,” Vonn said in a video on Instagram. “He cut open both sides of my leg, let it breathe, and he saved me. I always talk about everything happens for a reason, but if I hadn’t torn my ACL, which I would’ve torn anyway with this crash, Tom wouldn’t have been there. He wouldn’t have been able to save my leg. I feel very lucky and grateful for him.”

The Saint-Tropez outing follows, the skier ditching her crutches when she attended the Met Gala back in May. She spoke about how it would be the first time she would be without them since her accident.

“There are a few stairs. Yes, it’s going to be intense,” she admitted to CNN News Central. “I was like, can I do this? Can I do this? You know, Thom Browne asked me a long time ago. And I love Thom. We did a campaign together during COVID. And it’s been like the thing that I’m like, can I get there? Like, you know, it’s like been the light at the end of the tunnel. And I’m going to try to walk.”

Vonn showed up to the Met Gala in a custom Thom Browne marble-inspired deconstructed mermaid gown for the evening.

While she has been on yachts and the red carpet since her accident, her future in skiing is up in the air at this time.

“I just don’t want to jump to any conclusions or even speculate on what I might do,” Vonn told the Associated Press in April. “I may retire. I may never race again, and that would be completely fine, but I’m not in a position emotionally to make that decision at this point.”
