Laremy Tunsil to be evaluated after leaving Saturday's practice

The Commanders are waiting for word on left tackle Laremy Tunsil‘s condition after he picked up an injury on Saturday.

Mike Garafolo of NFL Media reports that Tunsil will be evaluated and tested after leaving the training camp practice early. Garafolo adds that the team does not appear to be overly concerned, but that it would not be surprising if Tunsil missed some time.

There’s been no specific word on his injury, but, per the report, that it appeared to be in the area of his shoulder and neck. The injury occurred during a 1-on-1 drill with linebacker Odafe Oweh.

Reporters at the practice also noted cornerback Trey Amos departed early. Amos was activated from the physically unable to perform list on Friday.
