Lamar Jackson to miss Ravens' game with Falcons in Week 5

The Baltimore Ravens already faced a stiff test against the suddenly high-flying Atlanta Falcons on Sunday night.

The AFC North team’s challenge grew on Friday when coach Jesse Minter announced star quarterback Lamar Jackson will not play.

Jackson suffered an ankle injury in Week 4. He left the win over the Tennessee Titans and did not return.

Tyler Huntley took over and will start in Jackson’s place against the Falcons.

Huntley started two games last year for Baltimore and won both.

With Atlanta’s offense scoring points in bundles since Michael Penix Jr. returned at quarterback, the Ravens will be up against it in Week 5.
