LaLiga: ‘He has to change something’ – Evra speaks on Mourinho winning title at Madrid

Former Manchester United defender, Patrice Evra, has expressed confidence that Real Madrid manager Jose Mourinho will win the LaLiga title for his new club this season.

Real Madrid have so far failed to win the Spanish top-flight league for the last two seasons under coaches like Carlo Ancelotti, Xabi Alonso and Alvaro Arbeloa.

The Los Blancos eventually appointed Mourinho on a three-year contract to coach the team.

Speaking with the SDFN Network, Evra believes the Portuguese can win the LaLiga for Real Madrid.

The former France international, however, described Mourinho as a winner.

“Real Madrid winning LaLiga? Jose Mourinho has to change something at Real Madrid. I can’t debate that,” Evra said.

“I believe it. The transfers, the players he brought in, are to win. He is a winner.”

Real Madrid will begin their LaLiga campaign with an away fixture against Espanyol on Saturday night at RCDE Stadium.
