Ohio’s representative, West Side Little League out of Hamilton, will move on to the World Series in South Williamsport, Pennsylvania.

West Side scored all six runs in the first inning and did not allow North Oldham many opportunities, limiting them to just one hit. Ohio manufactured nine hits over the course of its five innings of offense.

Ohio had defeated Kentucky in their previous matchup Monday, Aug. 10, picking up an 11-4 win, which included a two-run home run.
