After months of offseason workouts and meetings, head coach Jesse Minter expressed appreciation for the effort players and coaches have put into adapting to a new staff and a new way of doing things. The transition hasn’t been easy, but Minter believes the organization has embraced the challenge.

With training camp approaching, Minter said the focus remains on building habits that will lead to success later in the year rather than on long-term goals. Minter started by recognizing the work that’s already been accomplished.

“It’s gratitude to the players and the coaches for the offseason program that we’ve had.”

While expectations are always high in Baltimore, Minter stressed that championship aspirations are built one day at a time. The head coach emphasized the importance of staying focused on the present.

“At the end of the day, it becomes a very day-to-day operation of just trying to get a little bit better every day.”
