Rodriguez, who was signed to a two-year contract on March 11, has not participated in any of the organized offseason activities and will miss mandatory minicamp, which runs this week (June 9-11).

Rodriguez has rehabilitated the injury at the Jaguars‘ facility and is expected to have no restrictions at the start of training camp.

Rodriguez, who played one season at Kentucky when Jaguars coach Liam Coen was the Wildcats’ offensive coordinator, will compete with Bhayshul Tuten and LeQuint Allen, Jr., on the Jaguars’ depth chart following the departure of Travis Etienne to the New Orleans Saints.
