The Indiana Fever (25-14) host the visiting Connecticut Sun (10-28) to close the month of August.

For the Fever, Kelsey Mitchell (24.8 points, 45.5% 3-pointers), Caitlin Clark (22.1 points, 8.3 assists) and Aliyah Boston (17.0 points, 8.4 rebounds, 41.7% 3-pointers) lead the way. Clark and Boston will represent the United States for the World Cup that will take place in September.

Aaliyah Edwards (10.5 points, 4.3 rebounds, 40% 3-pointers) leads the injury-ravaged Sun, who trail the league in scoring (79.2 points) and 3-point shooting (29.6%). Brittney Griner is questionable, and Leila Lacan will be out as she prepares to represent France in the World Cup.
