How far does Joel Klatt have Notre Dame going through the CFP?

Fox Sports college football analyst Joel Klatt recently announced his predictions for the 2027 College Football Playoff.

Much like other CFP predictions for the upcoming season, Klatt has Notre Dame reaching the national championship game. Going into the CFP as the second seed, Klatt has the Irish winning it all for the first time in nearly 40 years.

Through Fox Sports’ The Joel Klatt Show podcast, Klatt predicted that Notre Dame will beat seventh-seeded Georgia in the quarterfinals, defeat third-seeded Miami in the semifinals then knock off top-seeded Oregon in the title game.

It remains to be seen how Notre Dame will respond this season after being snubbed out of the CFP last year. However, with a stacked roster this season, the Irish are poised for redemption and to raise the CFP trophy.

The Irish will begin their run to the national championship game at home on Sept. 6 against Wisconsin.
