· · 2 min read

After weeks of speculation regarding his mysterious absence, a fresh sighting of Kristaps Porzingis has everyone in Golden State talking.

The Kristaps Porzingis saga has been tough for the Golden State Warriors, largely due to ongoing health complications. Following a 2025–26 season split between Atlanta and Golden State where he managed to play just 32 total games, he was diagnosed with Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS), an autonomic condition affecting heart rate and blood pressure regulation.

With Porzingis missing training camp and starting the season away from the team due to a new mysterious illness, Steve Kerr and the front office have kept an indefinite timeline on his return.

It’s left everyone hoping the big man can safely get back on his feet and sort out his health.

Kristaps Porziņgis stopped by the shop for a fresh trim, posing for a quick photo with local barber mrgetfaded_. Standing at seven-foot-two in head-to-toe black gear, the NBA star made a huge impression, leaving the barber cracking jokes about feeling shorter than ever beside him.

‘He’s looking healthy’ – Warriors fans

This had Warriors fans on X thinking that perhaps Porzingis is on the mend after talks with Warriors officials and the medical department recently.

One fan started: “Well, well, well the big man is in town.”

“He looks fine to me lol.” Another fan claimed.

This supporter agrees that he’s looking good: “He’s looking healthy broski.”

“He looks to be in good shape.” A fourth fan agreed.

A fifth hopes to see him in action soon: “Looks well enough to play.”

You can never really tell where Kristaps Porziņgis is at just by looking at him smiling in a barber chair.

Athletes hide health battles, body breakdown, and constant setbacks surprisingly well. Without knowing what he’s actually dealing with behind the scenes, judging his situation off appearances alone completely misses the mark.
