Ghilardi to replace Mancini in Roma’s XI vs Udinese

Roma, with the support of 5,000 fans, are ready to fly to Udine and play the 10th matchday of Serie A against Runjaić’s side.

Gian Piero Gasperini, with so many games coming up quickly and the Champions League on his doorstep (the team will be playing in Manchester on November 3rd), is keen to rotate the squad.

Ghilardi is raring to go, having come on in the closing minutes against Cagliari and secured the win with a perfect assist for Mora.

The Giallorossi coach is expected to rotate the defense, as it’s the position where he has the most options, and the former Verona player is a contender for a starting spot.

Daniele Ghilardi is ready to replace Gianluca Mancini in Udine. As reported by Corriere dello Sport, the number 23 could be rested, with the former Verona player ready to take his place.

It’s possible that Gasperini could also rest Ndicka, making way for Balerdi with Hermoso confirmed on the left. On the flanks, Lulli is expected to start on the right and Wesley on the opposite flank, with Cristante and Pisilli in the middle. De Roon is likely to be rested, with Mora ready to partner Soulé behind Malen.
