The San Francisco 49ers have an injury concern with wide receiver De’Zhaun Stribling in the first half of the Week 1 game against the Los Angeles Rams.

Stribling initially got banged-up in the first quarter and went to the medical tent before returning to the game.

But the rookie got hurt yet again in the second quarter after a play and was clearly hobbled with an apparent leg injury.

He’s off to the medical tent for further evaluation, but it’s safe to assume we might have seen the last of him tonight.

UPDATE: It isn’t clear yet if Stribling aggravated the ankle issue he suffered earlier, but he stayed down on the field after getting hurt and is being tended to by trainers.

UPDATE:NBC Sports’ Matt Maiocco reports that Stribling is dealing with an ankle injury and is questionable to return.

Prior to exiting the game, Stribling did not record a catch or get a target.
