Danny Go! Announces Brand-New Adventure For April 2027

If you’re like me and have a little toddler running around your home, Danny Go! has almost certainly gotten stuck in your head countless times in recent months. Since making the jump to Netflix earlier this year, the children’s YouTube star has cemented his status as a household name alongside the likes of Ms. Rachel, Blippi and Meekah, and more. And with bangers like “The Floor Is Lava,” “The Flamingo Frenzy,” “The Skeleton Shake,” etc., it’s no surprise.

Danny Go! has also expanded beyond the small screen, with a growing lineup of toys and games, including the Lava Adventure Game, which brings the show’s chaotic obstacle courses into living rooms. He’s also ventured into publishing through a picture-book partnership with Abrams, which has already produced Danny Go’s Volcano Adventure and the Halloween-themed Danny Go’s Silly Spooky Party.

Now, another interactive adventure is officially on the way for April 2027, giving young fans an entirely new way to experience Danny Go!‘s infectious energy.

Danny Go! is officially heading underwater again in 2027, with Abrams Books for Young Readers announcing Danny Go’s Shark Adventure, the latest picture book based on the wildly popular children’s series. Scheduled for release on April 6, 2027, the 48-page hardcover will retail for $19.99 and is already available to pre-order through Abrams and major booksellers. Illustrated by Aleksandar Zolotic, the book features full-color artwork throughout and is recommended for children ages 3 to 7.

This time around, Danny is on the hunt for a Giant Golden Shark Tooth, which is supposedly hidden among ancient underwater ruins. Of course, getting to it won’t be simple, especially when actual sharks start showing up. Young readers are asked to trace, tap, and turn the pages to help Danny navigate the ocean and uncover the lost treasure. It’s exactly the sort of hands-on adventure that should feel familiar to anyone who’s spent an afternoon watching their kids jump around to Danny Go!‘s interactive videos.

Shark Adventure will be the third installment in Danny Go!‘s growing publishing lineup. The first, Danny Go’s Volcano Adventure, arrived in March 2026 and quickly became a New York Times bestseller, sending readers into a volcano in search of magical ice gems while avoiding lava. July’s Danny Go’s Silly Spooky Party took a different approach with a lift-the-flap Halloween mystery, following the gang as they searched for a missing Bearhead and learned the beloved “Creepy Crawl” dance along the way.

There’s even more on the horizon too if your kid’s a Danny fan. According to Publishers Weekly, Abrams is planning a Christmas-themed novelty picture book for fall 2027, featuring an interactive format similar to Silly Spooky Party. An official title and exact release date haven’t been announced yet, but it’s great news for families hoping to expand their Danny Go! collections.

Meanwhile, Season 2 of Danny Go! is available to stream on Netflix now, having debuted with six episodes on August 24, 2026. The new season even reached Netflix’s weekly Top 5 with 3.7 million views, although there’s currently no official announcement or release date for a third season.
