Current insecurity, hardship worst in Nigeria’s history – Dele Momodu

Media entrepreneur and politician, Dele Momodu, has described the current state of insecurity and economic hardship in Nigeria as the worst the country has ever experienced.

Speaking in a video interview, Momodu lamented the rising cost of living, worsening poverty and persistent security challenges across the country, arguing that millions of Nigerians are struggling to survive amid difficult economic conditions.

According to him, the hardship being faced by citizens has reached unprecedented levels, with many households finding it increasingly difficult to afford basic necessities.

“I have never seen Nigerians suffer at this level. The insecurity and economic hardship across the country are unprecedented.” he said

He also expressed concern over the growing insecurity in several parts of the country, saying urgent measures are needed to restore public confidence.

“Insecurity and hardship have never been this bad in Nigeria’s history.” he added 

Momodu called on the government to take decisive steps to address the nation’s economic and security challenges, stressing that Nigerians deserve relief from the current hardships.
