Chelsea make contact with Roma for Manu Kone

Chelsea are eyeing Manu Koné.

According to Matteo Moretto, the English club has contacted Roma in the last few hours to inquire about the French midfielder.

This is an initial approach by the Blues to understand the situation of the 2001-born player, who has become a key figure in the Giallorossi midfield.

Gian Piero Gasperini, however, has so far categorically denied any possibility of the French midfielder leaving the club this late in the transfer window.
