CAFCL: Ilechukwu positive Rangers will overcome AS Sobemap

Rangers technical adviser, Fidelis Ilechukwu, has expressed confidence ahead of his side’s CAF Champions League clash against Beninoise side AS Sobemap.

The Nigerian champions will square up with AS Sobemap in the first leg of their first preliminary round tie of the competition in Abeokuta this weekend.

Ilechukwu promised that the team will work hard to get the maximum points in the game.

“The game against AS Sobemap is going to be interesting because the whole management of the visitors are here in Abeokuta for the game,” Ilechukwu told 54footballx.

“We won’t give up on the players as we will work hard to get the points needed in the game.”

AS Sobemap will host the reverse fixture next weekend.
