Buccaneers vs. Packers: Final injury report for Week 4
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers released their final injury report Friday ahead of Sunday’s Week 4 matchup against the Green Bay Packers, and four players have officially been ruled out.
Quarterback Baker Mayfield will miss the game with the right thumb injury he suffered last week against the Minnesota Vikings, leaving rookie Jalon Daniels in line to make his first NFL start. Outside linebacker Rueben Bain Jr. will also be unavailable after missing all three practices this week with groin and shoulder injuries.
Tight end Ko Kieft has been ruled out with an elbow injury, while cornerback Benjamin Morrison will miss Sunday’s game with a quadriceps injury after being limited Thursday and sitting out Friday.
Linebacker SirVocea Dennis is questionable with a calf injury after returning to limited participation Friday. Defensive lineman Rakeem Nuñez-Roches is also questionable with ankle and foot injuries, while cornerback Jacob Parrish carries a questionable designation after returning to practice on a limited basis Friday.
There was some good news for Tampa Bay to close out the week. Wide receiver Chris Godwin Jr., running back Bucky Irving and outside linebacker Yaya Diaby were all full participants Friday and carry no game designation. Linebacker Josiah Trotter was also a full participant and is set to return after missing last week’s game.
Green Bay ruled out four players of its own: guards Aaron Banks and Jacob Monk, along with defensive tackles Warren Brinson and Anthony Campbell. Linebacker Edgerrin Cooper and offensive lineman Jager Burton are questionable.
The Buccaneers and Packers kick off Sunday at 1 p.m. ET from Raymond James Stadium.
