Browns swap out cornerbacks on practice squad

On Wednesday, the Cleveland Browns announced that they signed CB D’Angelo Ross to their practice squad. In a corresponding move, they released CB Myles Bryant from the practice squad.

Ross was signed by the Browns last November, and played in some regular season games. He competed for a roster spot this camp, but began the season on the practice squad. He was a practice squad elevation in Week 1, before being released September 15. With CB Tyson Campbell banged up, if he has any injury issues this week, it’s possible the team will look to elevate Ross again.

With Bryant’s departure, the only other cornerback on the practice squad is rookie Michael Coats Jr.
