Black Clover is heading into one of the biggest fights of the Spade Kingdom Raid arc with season 2, episode (episode 175 overall), titled “The Ultimate VS The Lowest.” Asta and Liebe have finally brought out their Devil Union form to take on the twin supreme devils, Naamah and Lilith, who have fused into an even more dangerous opponent.
Meanwhile, on another floor, Dark Triad leader Dante Zogratis has reached 100% devil power and is putting an exhausted Captain Jack the Ripper through hell. But the episode 4 cliffhanger has one more surprise in store: Magna Swing and Zora Ideale, two of the Black Bulls’ most underestimated members, are finally stepping in to help.
The previous episode already gave fans a taste of what Studio Pierrot can do with Asta’s Devil Union, particularly during his clash with the fused devils. Black Clover season 2, episode (episode overall) is set to release on Saturday, October 31, 2026, at 8:00 AM PT / 11:00 AM ET. Following its broadcast on TV Tokyo in Japan at 11:00 PM JST, the episode will stream exclusively on Crunchyroll for international viewers, with the English dub currently running just two episodes behind the Japanese broadcast after launching alongside episode on October 17. The battle inside the Spade Kingdom castle is getting harder by the minute, and the Clover Kingdom’s strike force is now stretched across three separate fronts. With Morris using Lolopechka’s stolen Heart Kingdom knowledge to speed up the Tree of Qliphoth ritual, the first gate of the underworld has opened earlier than expected. That has allowed Dante, Vanica, and Zenon to fight at 100% devil power, putting even Black Clover‘s strongest Magic Knights in serious danger.
Dante is proving especially difficult to deal with. His Gravity Magic, boosted by Lucifero, is already a major threat, while his Body Magic lets him recover from attacks that would take down most opponents. Captain Jack’s powerful slashes haven’t been enough to put him away, either.
Elsewhere, Yuno and Langris are facing Zenon at full power, while Charlotte is doing everything she can to keep Vanica occupied. And the worst part? This is only the beginning. The Tree of Qliphoth is still progressing, with the second gate set to unleash even more dangerous supreme devils. With so many battles happening at once, Black Clover‘s Spade Kingdom Raid is quickly turning into a fight for the survival of the entire kingdom.
