Bingham University, Karu has received the National Universities Commission (NUC) approval to run additional programmes for both undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in the university.
The approval follows a panel of experts’ visitation made early 2025 to assess both human and material resources available for their establishment.
The approval was contained in a letter dated 17th July, 2025 and signed by Ag. Director Academic Planning, Abubakar M. Girei for the Executive Secretary of NUC.
Approved programmes includes (B.Sc. Public Administration, B.Sc. Interior Architecture and Design and PGD. Environmental Chemistry) is for a full-time mode of study with effect from the 2025/2026 academic session.
With this development, the university’s programme offerings have expanded to 48 for undergraduate and 59 for postgraduate, bringing a total of 107 programmes in the university.
