Bills’ Josh Allen Finishes Interview Despite a Fight Breaking Out Behind Him

· · 1 min read

Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills had one of the most memorable wins of the 2026 NFL season on Monday, as they came out on top of a wild shootout against the Los Angeles Rams at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood.

The Bills looked as though they were about to suffer their second consecutive loss when Los Angeles was in position to kick a field goal in overtime. Before that, Buffalo running back James Cook III fumbled. But the Rams’ field-goal attempt was blocked, allowing Buffalo to later kick the game-winning field goal in walk-off fashion.

But even after the game, tensions were still seemingly flaring between the two sides, with Rams left tackle Alaric Jackson caught on camera throwing a punch at Bills edge rusher Bradley Chubb.

Apparently, that dustup happened while Allen was being interviewed by John Sutcliffe.

The former NFL Most Valuable Player was apparently distracted by the fight during the interview, but he still managed to throw in some Spanish and finish the postgame duty.

This was fantastic. Josh Allen does a postgame interview with the great @espnsutcliffe and is all giddy and speaking Spanish but then realizes there’s a fight behind him and gets totally distracted. pic.twitter.com/gkB34oxE64

Allen had a big game against the Rams, as he passed for 210 yards and a touchdown, while also rushing for 121 yards and a score on 10 carries to lead the way for a 37-34 overtime win over Matthew Stafford and the Rams.

The 4-1 Bills will continue their road trip in a Week 6 matchup against the Las Vegas Raiders.
