Ballon d’Or 2026: Christophe Galtier picks three players who deserve to win award

Former Paris Saint-Germain manager, Christophe Galtier, has picked three players who deserve to win the Ballon d’Or this year.

According to Galtier, the players are PSG stars Fabián Ruiz, Ousmane Dembele and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia.

Speaking to Le Parisien about the players to win the Ballon d’Or, Galtier said, “If we look at the trophies won, I would mention Fabian Ruiz.

“If we focus on the matches, I think Ousmane Dembele, even though he has not played much, and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia have been very impressive.

“One of these three players would deserve to win the Ballon d’Or. I would be happy for them.”

Ruiz, Dembele and Kvaratskhelia were among the 30 players shortlisted for the Ballon d’Or this month.
