Arsenal joins the race for Bundesliga midfielder

Arsenal have been named as one of the clubs interested in a move for Angelo Stiller, as the midfielder could be sold by Stuttgart at the end of this season.

In the last transfer window, he was linked with a move away from the club and was considered one of the top players that teams wanted to poach from Stuttgart.

Somehow, he remained at the club, but that could change in the January transfer window, or he could move to another club next summer, with Arsenal potentially being his destination.

Fussball News claims the Gunners are one of the clubs interested in a move for him and would be pushing to add him to their squad in the next transfer window.

Arsenal have one of the best squads on the continent, but they have shown a serious appetite for improving every area of their team, even when it appears they already have a top player in that position.

The Gunners have been tracking Stiller, and the report says there are many top European teams following him at the moment, with Mikel Arteta’s side certainly one of them.

His situation at Stuttgart could therefore attract further attention as clubs consider whether to make an approach. Arsenal are among those monitoring his situation and could decide to make their interest more concrete in the next transfer window.

Stiller has already attracted significant interest, having been linked with a move away from Stuttgart in the previous transfer window. His decision to remain at the club means the possibility of a future move remains open.
