Buba, a 30-year-old person living with disability (PWD), announced his decision in a letter addressed to the APC chairman in Kaduna State, stating that his withdrawal takes immediate effect.

He explained that the move followed reconciliation efforts by party leaders and stakeholders aimed at strengthening unity within the party ahead of the general election.

According to him, the decision was reached after consultations with his family, political associates, and other key stakeholders in the party.

Buba said supporting a united front was necessary to secure victory for the APC and ensure continued development in the constituency and the state.

“This was not an easy decision, but it became necessary following the reconciliation efforts initiated by leaders of our party,” he said.
He also expressed gratitude to Kaduna State Governor Uba Sani and the APC leadership for giving him the opportunity to participate in the party’s nomination process.

“The experience has been enriching, and I deeply appreciate the support and encouragement I received from my supporters and constituents throughout the journey,” he added.

Reaffirming his loyalty to the APC, Buba pledged to work for the success of the party and its eventual candidate in the election.
“My withdrawal is not a sign of weakness, but a sacrifice for the greater good of the party,” he stated.

He further urged his supporters to remain calm, united, and fully support whoever emerges as the party’s candidate.
Buba, popularly known as Abin Al-Ajabin Zazzau, had earlier gained public attention after successfully passing the APC screening process.
