Anthony Edwards looks ready.

Well, actually, he looks just a bit like Michael Jordan.

In this case, maybe that’s all the same thing for the Minnesota Timberwolves superstar.

Edwards was recently married, and now he’s got everyone saying the same thing thanks to some new pictures of him posted by the Timberwolves on social media.

The incredibly talented guard has a sharp buzz cut.

The Timberwolves certainly wouldn’t mind if Edwards’ ascension included him becoming more and more like Jordan.

Michael didn’t win an NBA title immediately. He needed Scottie Pippen to join him.

Not that LaMelo Ball is Pippen, but he’s Minnesota’s big offseason addition. They’ve changed their team up considerably, getting Ball while sending out Julius Randle and Naz Reid.

This is a Timberwolves team ready to cook on the perimeter, led by Edwards and Ball. 

The Western Conference is tough, with both the Thunder and Spurs clearly among the best teams in basketball.

But with Edwards, Minnesota will always have a chance, and right now, he looks all business.
