John Breech of CBS Sports is picking the Texans to win this game by a score of 20-17.

“The Texans have a chance to completely turn their season around this week. They just traded for Marvin Harrison Jr., DeMeco Ryans just started calling defensive plays again, and if they win here, they’ll only be two games out of first place heading into Week 7, which is about all you can ask for when you open a season with four straight losses.”
