5 BI staffers who put AI agents to work share what worked and what went wrong

Muse and Instinct — AI agents designed to help you run your personal life — are the talk of the town right now.

So, obviously, we at Business Insider had to try them out.

Five staffers across the newsroom’s global offices — from headquarters in New York to divisions in London, San Francisco, and Singapore — have been testing both Meta and Instinct’s personal AI agent offerings over the past week.

Instinct did not respond to our request for comment.
