2028 Tennessee quarterback commit receives recruiting-ranking boost

2028 Tennessee quarterback commit Kaden Craft is the No. 34 prospect in updated Rivals 300 rankings. He was previously the No. 132 prospect in the 2028 Rivals 300.

The 6-foot-4, 210-pound prospect is from Lake Norman High School in Mooresville, North Carolina. 247Sports ranks him as the No. 9 quarterback in the class and No. 5 player in North Carolina.

Tennessee offered Craft a scholarship on Jan. 22. He visited three times after receiving his offer and announced his commitment to the Vols on Aug. 17.

North Carolina was the first school to offer Craft a scholarship on Jan. 18, 2025. Other schools to offer him scholarships include Virginia Tech, Duke, Florida State, North Carolina State, Auburn, South Carolina, Florida, Miami, Ole Miss, LSU, Georgia, Wake Forest, Texas A&M, Michigan, Georgia Tech, Kentucky, Ohio State, Wisconsin, Maryland, Indiana, Appalachian State, UCLA, Oregon and Nebraska.

Craft is the only commitment in Tennessee’s 2028 football recruiting class.
