2027: We’re poised to produce capable leaders to move Nigeria forward – ADC

The African Democratic Congress, ADC, says it is poised to produce capable leaders to take Nigeria to the promised land.

This is contained in a statement posted on its official X handle on Wednesday, while reacting to its gubernatorial screening exercise.

It said that it has witnessed massive participation nationwide as over 80 gubernatorial aspirants took part in the party’s screening exercise ahead of the 2027 General Elections.

According to the party, the impressive turnout reflects the growing confidence Nigerians are placing in the ADC as a platform for credible leadership, democratic inclusion, grassroots development, and national renewal.

The ADC added that the screening process brought together aspirants from different states across the federation, all united by a shared commitment to purposeful governance, accountability, and service to the people.

“As momentum continues to build across the country, the ADC remains focused on strengthening internal democracy and providing Nigerians with capable leaders ready to move the nation forward.

“The movement is growing. Hope is rising across Nigeria,” the ADC said.
