2027: Tinubu best presidential candidate, building one trillion dollar economy - APC Chairman, Yilwatda

The National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Nentawe Yilwatda, on Monday described President Bola Tinubu as the candidate of choice and the best among other candidates vying for the presidency in 2027.

Yilwatda made the declaration during the APC’s presidential campaign rally in Calabar, Cross River State.

He claimed that Tinubu is building a one-trillion-dollar economy for Nigeria’s future, just like he built the Lagos State economy while he was governor.

According to Yilwatda: “Let me acknowledge the presence of everybody who is here. Today we present to Nigerians our candidate, our father, leader of our party, a transformer, an agent of change, the man that fought the ocean in Lagos into a land, reclaimed the ocean; he is transforming Nigeria also.

“The man who set the masterpiece of the economy of Lagos today is transforming the economy of Nigeria. Mr President is the candidate of choice; Tinubu is the best among all the candidates being presented for the 2027 general election.

“Mr President wants to build a one trillion-dollar economy by the year 2030 and strengthen the pillars of the economy of the future of Nigeria. One of the pillars is transforming the Port of Calabar into a deep-sea port and connecting Calabar to the coastal road.

“Calabar will be the hope of the economy of Nigeria. Nobody in this state has any reason to vote for any other candidate than the president that is building your economy, he’s empowering your people, and ensuring that all the businesses in this place leverage this port. The liberty, economic liberation, and emancipation have come, and that man is President Bola Tinubu.”
