2027: Forget second term if US releases your documents – Primate Ayodele warns Tinubu
The Leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Elijah Ayodele, on Tuesday warned President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to work against the release of documents about him by the United States government.
The documents, alleged evidence of Tinubu’s past crimes, are currently a subject of debate in a US court.
The African Democratic Congress, ADC, presidential candidate, Abubakar Atiku, has been at the forefront in championing the release of the documents.
However, in a statement signed by his media aide, Osho Oluwatosin, Primate Ayodele claimed that there were powerful people behind the document, and noting that if it is released, it would end the second-term ambition of President Tinubu.
Ayodele claimed that the President does not know the gravity of the matter because people working on it for him are deceiving him, saying, “If those documents come out, it will end Tinubu’s second term because the power behind it is heavy. Tinubu is just playing around it; people working to stop it are only deceiving him.”
He explained that America is one of Tinubu’s problems and that when the US government is ready, they will release the document, except Tinubu takes extra steps to ensure it doesn’t get out.
Primate Ayodele said: “If America is ready, they will release it, and that’s why I said America is one of Tinubu’s problems. The documents are there, and there are plans to release them.”
“If this document comes out, an interim government is imminent, and there will be a serious effect on the election,” he added.
