2026 Ballon d’Or: Fresh rankings for top 4 favourites emerge

Bayern Munich striker, Harry Kane, remains the favourite to win the 2026 Ballon d’Or award.

According to Kalshi Sports, Kane’s odds to win the prize has reached an all-time high of 60%.

The England captain scored 61 goals in 51 games for the Bundesliga giants last season, as they completed a league and cup double.

Since joining from Tottenham in 2023, Kane has netted 98 times in 94 appearances.

Despite winning the 2026 LaLiga title with Barcelona and the World Cup with Spain, Lamine Yamal’s chances of winning the Ballon d’Or have dropped to 18%.

France and Real Madrid attacker, Kylian Mbappe, is in third place on the rankings with 8%.

Spain and Manchester City midfielder, Rodri, comes in at fourth place with a lowly 6%.

The winner of this year’s Ballon d’Or will be announced on October 21.
